Khanom developer cheats his sales agent for earned commission!
We all know that the past 18 to 24 months have been a struggle for real estate brokers and sales agents to survive in the industry in Thailand following the economical worldwide downturn, the political unrest and now the flooding in Bangkok just to name a few incidents.

Rain has continued for three days in Nakhon Si Thammarat, with about half the population of Thepparat sub-district in Sichon district evacuated Sunday night as a flash flood rushed down the mountainside and the water in a canal became reddish and muddy.The area was earlier hit by a landslide in March. Thai transsexual ladyboys are taking to the air as flight attendants for a new airline, a move that some said could be a key step towards still broader acceptance in a nation where they are already unusually visible.
Known as “katoeys” or “ladyboys,” transgenders and transsexuals hold mainstream jobs in a variety of fields in Thailand. They are especially common in cosmetics shops or health stores, which almost always have a ladyboy shop assistant. (more…)

The EURO is in it´s worst crisis with Greece and Portugal as the worst affected countries close followed by Spain, Italy and Ireland.
Some sources suggests a melt down of the EURO with nearly unthinkable consequences.
Ole Hamre, GM at SEB Private Banking Singapore tells that this is the worst financial crisis in Europe since the oil crisis in the 1970s and he adds that it is premature to guess about the outcome. It is all about political leadership at this stage, according to Mr. Hamre.
